to you! Nethra for your achievement of gaining a Diploma in Primary School
Teaching from one of the pioneer and top Teachers College in Papua New Guinea,
Balob.
Without
a supporting husband, Clement Halau I do not think Nethra should have gained
this milestone in her career. This is a dream come true for her because after
leaving her formal education after finishing grade 12 from Bugandi Secondary
School back in 2006 she had no hope. However, after sheer determination and
hard work Nethra has passed a chapter of her life with FLYING COLOURS. Nethra
go fly your colour you deserve it.

Nethra! Nethra I am personally proud of your milestone achievement. This is not
the end. The further step is graduating with a Degree from UOG. I believe this
is possible because of your vast experience in handling school work with daily
family chores, especially with Trevor who was born whilst studying. This did
not hinder your studies. This definitely brought courage and put a fighting
spirit in you to toil hard with assessable tasks, assignment, homework, test
and finally examinations. You have done us the immediate family proud with your
great achievement. One more of the Toksy family with a PNG Government
sanctioned and blessed certificate a Diploma in Primary Teaching.
I
wish to thank those who assisted in one way or another in terms of assessment
work and home chores. Clement Halau your caring and loving husband who supported
and stood by your side making sure you as his wife completed successfully by
graduating with a certificate. Thank you all.
My
inner being is moved to see the daughter, Vicky dressed up for the big day and
clinging to the graduating mum, Nethra TOKSY who is in gowns ready for
graduation. This reflects how Nethra is around to make sure she gets an
education for herself, immediate family and the extended family both the
husband’s and your own family. Your children namely Jamimah, Viki and Trevor I
strongly believe they have a brighter life ahead of them. The UNICEF motto
states that when you educate a woman you educate the family. Hence your
children will ALL GRADUATE FROM UNIVERSITY WITH DEGREE. I prophecy over you and
God Almighty bless you now and forever.
On

you should be a proud mother, wife, sister, sister-in-law, daughter and not the
least aunty to all the family members. NOT FORGETTING OUR LOVELY MUM, TOKSY
TIRITIRI who is still alive to witness your graduation. She is a proud mum to
see her other daughter graduate with the Diploma certificate.
